In 2022/23 we:

  • hosted an All Team Away day to connect and explore outcomes of our work and the value these outcomes bring to local communities 
  • implemented a new Salary Matrix to better recognise and reward skill development and ensure equity across the organisation 
  • engaged in continuing cultural training by working with local Aboriginal people 
  • continued to engage in continuing professional development to ensure our staff are equipped to support primary care.  

The Welcome to Country and sharing of knowledge really set the environment for sharing, learning and feeling.
